We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized products and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Defective or damaged items are replaced with the same product. Contact us with your order number and details of the defect.

Once your return is received and inspected, customer service will contact you with the amount to be credited. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
