Shipping FAQ's

At CGS Mule, we understand how important it is that your packages arrive promptly. Below you will find answers to Frequently Asked Questions about our shipping policies. 

When will my order ship?

Our warehouse ships Monday-Friday (Excluding holidays). As long as all of the items ordered are in stock, all orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:00 p.m. PST will ship the same day. If any of the items ordered are not in stock, we will contact you to let you know when to expect your order. 

Does CGSMule.com ship internationally?

Yes! While there are some limitations outside of our control, we do our best to stick to our motto, "Everything But the Mule, Anywhere In the World." 

Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses? 

No. You will need to place separate orders. 

Can you ship to a PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses?

Yes! Shipping via USPS will allow delivery to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses. 

How are large items shipped?

Individual items weighing over 100 lbs will be shipped by truck. Liftgates are available upon request.

Can I choose a different shipping method other than what is listed on the website?  

Yes! While we may not be able to accommodate every request,  we do our best to keep your options open. Some frequent requests are shipping by Alaska Air or having a freight forwarder collect the shipment. Both are examples of requests we are happy to fulfill.
